Personal — hdfc fastag welcome email not received

Hi,

I am vasudevan, i bought maruti car in march 2019. I received fastag of hdfc. But i did not received a welcome mail with a user name & password.

When i try to login as first time user, it is asking me customer id, rfid number, wallet id. Since i do not have welcome mail with all this information, i am not able to 'log in' and not able to recharge my wallet.

Could you please look into this issue and get me the hdfc fastag login details. Or if you can resend the welcome mail, it will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Thanks for the reply...Since I do not understand [protected] in mail Id 'fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com'
I sent mail to status.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com. hope I will receive reply. Please let me know if mail id is not correct
