Sir iam as srinivas iam holding 2 air tel prepaid connections and the numbers ar [protected] / [protected] sir my complaint is that i went to air tel office in hennur cross at office and asked them to activate dnd service on my both mobile nos they did it i go the confirmation message saying it will be deactivated within 7 days but after 7 days iam getting the message that dnd complaint regarding unsolicited calls / sms on your airtekl mobile could not be registered as we require additional detaels to process you complaint sms telemarketer no/.Sms sender id date of calls/ sms, sir i dont understand what if there intention i believe they air tel only are promoting those advertising sms even though instead of asking me to provide details why cant they check details themselves what all sms iam getting iam not satisfied withe the response of air tel as they are very careless when iam requesting any service they should honor it instead of questioning me please do the needful my e-mail id is srinivas[protected]@gmail.Com Was this information helpful? | |||
