Peter England — Color fade in 1 wash only

I have purchased black color peter england trouser from max store, g. I. P mall, noida after paying rs. 1600. After 1 wash trouser is looking like black and white. Its color fades in only one wash. When i went to max store they said that we cant exchange it we are taking your complaint and if from brand side (Peter england) it will approve we can give you new trouser. After them i dont have any one to complain or where i can exchange my trouser.
Please reply what to do next.
