Petilante Online — Too Delay and careless

I had ordered HP PAVILION (model no. 15-ec2004ax) from Flipkart by the seller PETILANTE ONLINE. I had ordered the product on the coustomer review and the seller reviews thought that it will be best laptop to buy at this scenario. I choose the credit card option to buy on 26th August and it saw that this product will deliver in 2 days that mean today(28 August). But the product is yet not to be packed on 28 August and now when I'm writing this it's showing that the Delivery expected between today to 31st August. I had filled a complain on a Flipkart agains this two times first time they replied you will get informetion about product on 1 September and on second time the same thing but increasing the date to 2nd September. I'm very scared becouse I had used my parent credit card this laptop is not cheap if anything goes wrong I became made. Even they does not provide the contact no or address of the seller...This is too bad let's see whether I'm getting my product or not...
