I have ordered a Dell Vostro 3400 core i5(8gb/1Tb hdd/256ssd/windows 10) laptop but you have delivered Dell Vostro 3000 core i5 laptop.Im totally disappointed with this service, I really don't want this product anymore please do refund as soon as possible.

    Hi I am Thulasi Raghavan and I had ordered a Lenovo s540 laptop from flipkart on 27thnov .I have rec I received the laptop on 28th Nov
    And I was t o claim the amount from my organisation. But when I try to submit the claim ..it mentions that a proforma invoice is needed. Request you to send the invoice to my Gmail ID [protected]@gmail.com. 76999 was the amount and I had paid 22800 through my gift card voucher

      Ordered HP PAVILION laptop from Flipkart just 15 days back, and now suddenly the display got dimmed (almost blank screen) and the mouse touch stopped working. Contacted the HP engineer and after a lot of follow-ups, they told me the display panel needs to be replaced, once the company approves it. What's the point of buying such an high-end laptop if I had to face these issues and inconvenience just in 15-20 days of buying a new laptop??? The lesson learnt here is never buy laptop online, especially from Petilante online seller.

        I have ordered the Hp pavilion laptop on 2nd October. But unluckily my unit was having heating issue..battery backup would last only 1.5 hours as per normal usage and adapter used to heat alot. As per policy I have opted the replacment option but seller was providing refund option. I opted for it.. After waiting for a long Hp techncian visited at my place and check my laptop and he find my problem valid
        He has approved my problem and send me the DOA. again after few days another technician came and he sealed my laptop.
        Everything was going fine..But suddenly without informing me my refund request was cancelled by the seller. I contact to the flipkart executive they again initiate my refund request and again after few days of pickup
        seller cancelled my refund request without any mail or call. Again after talking to many of the flipkart executives they raised my refund request again the seller rejected it.
        This contintue for 4 to 5 times
        Now when i have changed my mind for another laptop which has more battery backup.. Seller is saying they will provide me replacment not refund.

        After making me wait for a month when i have changed my mind for another laptop they are not providing me refund
        This is such a harrasment for me
        I have showed my patience for one month
        Now they are not providing me refund
        I am having my MBA classes, how difficult it is for me to manage my classes
        now when i have change my mind for other laptop with better battery backup because i have to visit college they are not providing my refund
        This is very disturbing for me
        I have buy this laptop with my hard earned money and i am not at all satisfied
        They were the one who where providing me refund but after one month they are refusing me for refund
        please kindly take action against it

              I placed an order for a laptop ( HP Pavillon dv0058tu) on 4th October from Flipkart, at that time the tentative date of delivery was shown 12th October but it is not delivered yet. When I have registered a complaint for the same in Flipkart customer care, they told to me that it would be delivered between 12 to 19th October but the product has not been shipped yet.

              To registered complaint I called several times in Flipkart customer care but I didn't get convenient response from them. I have spent huge amount to buy this product and expecting delivery as soon as possible.Please look into this matter and kindly do the needful.

                    Hello,
                    Why you are delaying my order to ship? We are waiting for the product. I ordered on 16 sept 2021 so my flipkart told me to it will deliver expected 18 sept 2021 but that day was not delivered. Again I got another date for 20 sept 2021 but still it was not delivered. Then again and again I got another delivery date to 23 sept 2021. So why you are harassing us?
                    Therefore I request you to deliver the product as soon as possible other wise I will make a complaint at National Consumer official website against the seller name & will share screenshot regarding delay dates in social site.

                      I have ordered Hp pavilion aero 13 on 18th August and it got delivered to me on 21st August. I was facing issue with the wifi in laptop hence I placed a replacement request on flipkart. The timeline that flipkart gave me shows that the product will be delivered by 12th September. My replacement request was approved by hp technician on 8th September itself. It's already 12th September and I haven't received the replaced laptop yet. Moreover on flipkart status it shows that the product is not even packed yet. After filing complaint on flipkart and calling customer support of flipkart, they said the issue will be resolved by 16th September. Now on flipkart, the status is that the replaced laptop will be delivered by 19th September. They are delaying the delivery date. No updates are shown on flipkart from seller's side as well as flipkart is not responding to the problem properly and just delaying the delivery date.

                        I ordered lenovo laptop from flipkart on 1 sep 21, the laptop got delivered on 2 sep 21. When we switched on the laptop it was not working, we complained flipkart and they said we will provide the replacement tomorrow
                        i said ok
                        but when timeline from seller received they said it will be delivered on 20 Sep
                        i also got a call from lenovo technician he also confirmed that we will send seller brand new sealed piece and he will send you
                        since it was an urgent requirement, we bought new one from market as we were unable to wait as my son's studies were getting hampered
                        Now seller got new piece from lenovo but both seller and flipkart not giving me refund
                        i dont want replacement because i already bought new. Kindly help please its our hard earned money

                          I ordered my HP PAVILION RYZEN 5 5600H through flipkart from Petilante Online, i paid full amount using a debit card and the product was expected to delivered by 2nd September but the tracking is showing they haven't even packed it now. I'm so worried and i don't have any contact details about them.

                            I had ordered HP PAVILION (model no. 15-ec2004ax) from Flipkart by the seller PETILANTE ONLINE. I had ordered the product on the coustomer review and the seller reviews thought that it will be best laptop to buy at this scenario. I choose the credit card option to buy on 26th August and it saw that this product will deliver in 2 days that mean today(28 August). But the product is yet not to be packed on 28 August and now when I'm writing...
