Ordered HP PAVILION laptop from Flipkart just 15 days back, and now suddenly the display got dimmed (almost blank screen) and the mouse touch stopped working. Contacted the HP engineer and after a lot of follow-ups, they told me the display panel needs to be replaced, once the company approves it. What's the point of buying such an high-end laptop if I had to face these issues and inconvenience just in 15-20 days of buying a new laptop???...

I have ordered the Hp pavilion laptop on 2nd October. But unluckily my unit was having heating issue..battery backup would last only 1.5 hours as per normal usage and adapter used to heat alot. As per policy I have opted the replacment option but seller was providing refund option. I opted for it..
