Pharmacy — about wrong medicine and not given full medicine.

I am vineeta, on 28th june my mother mrs sunita (Age 46) w/o vinod giri get hear attack. We admit her in gtb hospital. After 5 days they refer to gb pant institute for the further medication and treatment. There, doct.
Purneshwar kr pandey written telma ct 9th june for the bp opd registration no. Is 209361. But the pharmacist give her metagard cr 35. When my mother goes to the doct. To confirm that is it a right medicine. Then doct. Said this is wrong medicine its salt is exactly different and compny also. Change it immediately. When my mother goes to pharmacy n said to pharamcist to change it. He did miss behave. N not give the other medicines also. Kindly its a humble request take an action as soon as posible.
