We had received the medicines placed by Gerius Fernandes for his monthly consumption. Pharmeasy has charged for 3 strips of the same but delivered only 2 strips to the patient. The patient is a Sr Citizen aged 78 years and do not move out of the house. When contacted the customer care he says sorry we can only refund the amount I told him for one strip the Sr Citizen cannot go to the chemist to buy this strip The customer care of Pharmeasy is not willing to support and says it is the company policy not to deliver Request your help

    Sir/Ma'am,
    About 10 days ago i booked a diagnostic lab test on pharmeasy app by paying online..
    Then i canceled(on 30 march)that because it was taking very much time to collect the samples...and i took local lab test.
    They still have not refunded my money back..

    Please help ASAP

      Lab test online booing - fake or false report - fake lab

      I have booked C Peptide report of Rs 600 with Pharmeasy online on 21st March for blood sampling appointment on 23rd March The sample collected and system showing report available on 25th March but no report posted so contacted customer care and after 24 hours one customer care connect me with lab technician and i m informed require re sampling confirm appointment or we refund I have no trust further and asked for refund whereas...

      PharmEasy registers user based on Phone Number for ordering online. Once you have entered your phone number in the system there is incessant daily SMS (several a day) from them with unnecessary marketing. There is no way to opt out of their marketing messages at all using SMS or via Online which is unethical and extremely annoying considering so many unwarranted marketing messages.

        Is it a policy of your company that a customer cannot open the parcel and check before paying ? I am a regular online shopper and never before any delivery person has behaved so rudely!

          The order was supposed to get delivered on 13th March. The customer care executive said yo wait till 12:00 noon of 14th March. Still the medicine is mot delivered and I am not getting the exact tracking details from the app. It's still showing, "Pickup not ready".

                Order changed by pharmacy & delivered wrong medicine.
                ordered for hexidine-fresh-anise-flavour-sugar-free-bottle-of-300ml-mouth-wash. but delivered hexidine 0.2% bottle of 500 ml mouthwash.
                I had asked for Sugar-free as I'm diabetic, but gave me sugared medicine, which can be risky for my life. Gross negligence. life risky.

                    Hi, my pharmeasy order id:M28300857.i ordered for the amount of RS.1149.54.in that I paid 325rs by pharmeasy wallet balance(which is given at free of cost) and 824.54rs by bank transfer (INR).
                    But, the final order price was 1073.89rs.
                    So, the difference is Rs.1149.54 - Rs.1073.89 =Rs75.65...
                    In which form of balance do I need to get the difference Rs.75.65 amount???
                    Actually I need to get the difference amount in terms of INR(Indian rupees) into my bank account.
                    But, pharmeasy sent me the difference into pharmeasy wallet balance and it was expired after 2days of the payment!!!
                    Is it the correct way...
                    No, this is the big scam in medicine industry.calculate average, daily they r doing to how many members like this...
                    I need the refund into my bank account.

                        It was a mistake to use service of Pharmeasy lab. My sample was collected on 5th February and result was supposed to be delivered on 8th February. So today is 10 February, still no result. I called to support, agents put me on hold for half an hour and then cut the call. After 4th attempt of call I got an answer that usually it doesn't take that long and I should wait for more. So how I can believe in genuine result even if I get report, if sample was taken so long time ago. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Now need to give test on the hospital and again to wait for result. Untrustworthy, pathetic service.

                          I have booked Lab test on Thursday and received alert that booking confirmed on Friday. The booking made for Sunday between 7 to 8 AM but no one arrived for blood sample till 9.30 AM and customer care informing to wait for 10 minutes. Finally they have cancelled lab test booking by 9.30 without explaining reason or option for serving next day or so. Health related services lapse is not tolerable. Government should control such fake booking and promote only own lab company within certain area to serve as mumbai base lab cannot serve in ahmedabad and based on one lab one cannot do business around the country and play with health of patient.                           There is no development except auto assurance and such practices are increase and repeated. Found their lab connection also fake the doctor signing the report also fake Report issued also Fake Onwards to lesson this company and close further purchase

                              I have ordered diagnostic test from phareasy app, on 3rd Feb 2021 my sample was collected, the reports were to be given in soft copy within 24hrs, but now its almost 72hrs, and reports still not available. Doctors said its no use of reports after 72 hrs, u have to do test again.
                              Moreover they have deleted 1 test from my account on their own. They are not refunding amount and also not providing report. Where can I complain.? Please help

                                On 18th Jan I received the consignment against the order no 27192763 for Metolar XR 25 six strips and lactifibre 3 units for Rs 1326.15. On opening I found Dabur Chawanprash 1 kg (Batch No. BM7864, bar code[protected], bar code [protected] ) and no medicine as per the order. I spoke to farm easy. The person who came to pick up refused to take back as he wanted total 9 items. Again I talked to phrameasy and every time they say it will picked up within 48 hrs. So far neither any one has come to pick up nor the money is refunded.
                                Why I should suffer for the mistake of the retailer.
                                I am a regular customer of Pharmeasy for the past 4 yrs and if such thing happens I will not have any option but to discontinue purchasing medicines through Pharmeasy. I hope you will resolve the issue at the earliest. Thanks, Regards, PCChandra

                                    I have got a message yesterday that the courier boy tried to deliver the items ordered vide My order no M26622764 dt[protected]. The above said statment is absolutely false. Either he contacted me over mobile or visited my house yesterday, because I was in the home 24 hours and my mobile was also in tact.I don't understand why, how and what for such things happening. Pl do the need full so that such happenings do not occur in future so that life saving drugs should each the patient in time.

                                      Hello,

                                      I have returned 2 packets of N95 mask and which was duly verified by Pharmeasy pickup guy on 23rd Oct. 2020.
                                      However, I am surprised to see that they say that they received only 1 packet and refunded for only 1 packet.
                                      How is this possible? What happened to the other packet?

                                      Appreciate, if you can help me in getting the refund for 2packets of N95 masks which were returned to Pharmeasy.

                                      Let me know, if you need any more info.
