PharmEasy — collected amount twice not refunding

I have purchased medicines on pharmeasy android application (https://pharmeasy.in/) i have made payment online and when the delivery person came for delivery i was away, told him address he went and delivered, but he collected cash, but i had already made payment online, then i tired to reach him immediately, he dint pickup the call, i tried many times he kept disconnecting calls, i called customer care they said they cant connect to him, they can refund the amount, i have made the payment because i had money in wallet i want cash collected to be returned, but they dont have any mechanism to do so, so i need this to sorted and need cash to be returned and the delivery person should be punished for disconnecting call for more than 50 times
