BLOOD SAMPLE WAS COLLECTED ON 10TH NOV, 200 AT MY HOME BY MS. PRAJAKTA PAWAR, TECHNICIAN OF PHARMEASY ASSIGNED FOR THE ABOVE LAB ORDER in the morning and the report was to be delivered on 11th Nov, 2022 at 1.30 AM, as appearing in their app; By 3.30 pm, today ( 11th Nov), after lapse of of about 15 hours, I reminded them at their help centre # [protected] and asked about the report; they did not have any clue about my lab order and the status of my report or my sample. Continuous calls to them and on twitter blasting their abysmal and ridiculous attitude of not informing as to the status and reason for not delivering the report by the promised time frame; I did not get any reply from them; I hence, sent a twitter message to their official twitter handle (@Pharmeasyapp) to refund my money to my original payment method immediately along with harassment cost of Rs.5000 for the non report not delivered and not updating me as well beyond 18 hours ( now it is 6p.m, 11th Nov, 2022).
REQUEST TO LODGE A COMPLAINT TO GET MY MONEY PAI TO THEM UPFRONT AND ALSO THE COMPENSATION FOR THE NON DELIVERY OF REPORT. MOREOVER, I AM A PLUS MEMBER OF PHARMEASY ( PAYINGPREMIUM MEMBERSHIP FEE TO BECOME PLUS MEMBER) AND EVEN TEN DID NOT GET ANY PRIORITY OR PROPER CARE TO MY LAB ORDER O TO MY COMPLAINT
