We had received the medicines placed by Gerius Fernandes for his monthly consumption. Pharmeasy has charged for 3 strips of the same but delivered only 2 strips to the patient. The patient is a Sr Citizen aged 78 years and do not move out of the house. When contacted the customer care he says sorry we can only refund the amount I told him for one strip the Sr Citizen cannot go to the chemist to buy this strip The customer care of Pharmeasy is not willing to support and says it is the company policy not to deliver Request your help Was this information helpful? | |
