Sir, i had booked an order of medicines on pharmeasy on 28th march. The order consists of some very important medicines of blood pressure and sugar. They gave me delivery date of 9th april, but i did not receive medicines on that date, when i launched complaint through email to the consumer care they gave me a new delivery date 11th april and on 11th april they gave me third delivery date 12th april when i called them today on 11th april now they are saying they will try to deliver it by 14 th april. These are the most necessary medicines and i am running short of them. Due to lockdown i am now unable to buy those medicines from local shops. I could have easily bought those medicines on 28th march or 29th or so on before lockdown. Pharmeasy is playing with the life of patients, if they unable to deliver previous orders why they are accepting new orders. I request government of india to take strict action against pharmeasy and cancel their licence. My order number is #17636038. I have attached the image of order, they delivery date now shown is 12th april which was initially 9th april.
