PharmEasy — Delay in medicine delivery for nearly 1 month | |
I have placed an order on PharmEasy app on 13.05.2021. Not delivered till now. It was dispatched on 14.05.2021 & last update was shown in APP on 25.05.2021. Everytime I have callled customer care they said have to wait 24-48 hours for any update but all are in vein. Moreover they had credited 50 Rs in my wallet & my order was prepaid. I have already paid 1004 Rs. Very pathetic & irritating service by PharmEasy. Was this information helpful? | |
