This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a customer of Pharmeasy for the last 2.5 years. I hope you believe honesty/trust is the most important crux of the e commerce business.
I am facing a peculiar situation. I have ordered Rs. 1884.50 worth of medicines and a face mask on 22.08.2022 under order ID[protected]. I took the sealed cover of pharmeasy and paid cash. After opening the cover I found an empty packet cover of mask and actual mask found in the packet. I have raised complaints with the delivery person as well as customer care for a refund for the product not delivered. Your customer care is unable to resolve the issue because of your business partner's lies. My refund is not initiated till I am writing to you. I have raised a ticket no. 17230225 on 22.08.2022. No resolution so far.
Please tell me how you resolve this issue when the product is not delivered and you are sitting on our cash. How do we trust pharmeasy in future deliveries????
