PharmEasy — Fake lab reports sent and a few reports not given

My father suffered kidney damage and doctor advised me for a CBC, urine routine and urine culture test. I booked these tests on pharmeasy labs on Jan 7th. I was charged 1, 047rupees for the same. The next day blood and urine samples were collected. Our doctor told me that the CBC and urine routine would arrive in 24 hours and culture in 72 hours. But the reports didn't arrive even after 48 hours. I called and mailed pharmeasy customer service multiple times but didn't get a response. As the patient's condition was very critical, the doctor directly spoke to the customer service representative and asked for the CBC n urine routine reports. But the agent didn't have any information and said the lab technician would call us. On the third day, the lab technician calls me saying the blood sample collected was clotted hence a test could not be conducted. And a resampling is necessary. But we would receive the urine reports soon. But doctor said this is very unprofessional and we would put this up on social media to the lab technician. Weirdly, a few hours after that CBC reports arrived. I don't understand how the they conducted on a clotted sample
But even 72 hours urine reports never arrived. My doctor was very frustrated and asked me to get the tests from another lab and we did that. The CBC reports from another lab did not match the pharm easy reports. They had sent a fake be report to save themselves. On the 4th day, i got a call from pharmeasy lab that the urine needs to be resampled again. I wanted to escalate the issue. But the escalation team was extremely impolite and rude. They offered me 200rupees pharmeasy credit as a refund. Which I obviously declined. I have their calls recorded. Please help me get a full refund.
