PharmEasy — i have huge loss due to your system flaw and your way of dealing issues

Pharmeasy cheated me!! My husband ordered medicine for me during my pregnancy and all the bills have my husband’s name on it even though i am the patient and we have submitted doctors prescription with every order. Now when i am claiming those bills from my insurance they are rejecting all stating patients name is not there. We requested then to put patients name in all those bills they denied, then we requested them to provide us with a letter stating that those bills are for patient name and it is flaw in their system which generated account holder name in bills that also they denied. Now i have a huge loss of more than rs60, 000 that insurance company would have paid to me as a part of prenatal maternity coverage. Pharmeasy is a fraud company and doesn’t value customers genuine issues!! I will definitely go to customercourt and spread across media about the flaw and how you cheated us, i am sure many others like me would face this issue. Any pharmacy you go gives bill in patient name.in whole world you are the only one who gives bill in account holder name, why you ask to upload prescription when you do not use the details?
