PharmEasy — I returned a damaged product, they didn't refund me since 24 days | |
I'm dr. Ajay. I ordered a sunscreen (Sungrace ultra gel) from pharmeasy on 7th feb 2019. I received a product with no seal. I returned it on feb 10th. Its been 24 days, i never know when my refund will be given. My mobile number is [protected]. I ordered from korutla (Pin: 505326). Order number m7205062. Till now they are saying sorrys forever, no refund initiated. 2 days back they said the refund will be completed in 48 hours, and now they are saying we are sorry for the delay... I am fed up with this kind of company. Kindly take action on this issue
