PharmEasy — Incorrect medicine sent to me

I had placed an order for 4 strips of a medicine called kombiglyze xr 5/1000mg. Out of the 4, 3 were correct but the 4th strip was xigduo xr 10mg/500mg which is not what i ordered and paid for.

I called pharmeasy on the 21st of may 2020 and asked for this to be replaced with the correct medicine as pharmeasy had committed a mistake in sending me a wrong medicine. I was told by their customer care representative that i could not return the product. I told them that i was not returning a product but was asking them to give me the medicine that i had ordered for. The customer care person was adamant in saying that it cannot be returned.

I expect pharmeasy to own up their mistake and replace the incorrect medicine with the correct medicine i ordered.
