PharmEasy — Late receiving of consignment and order cancelled by themselveselvess

We have ordered 6 strips of zincovit and 6 strips of doxt sl on May 5 th and we haven't received our order till now (28/5/21), and we have called to customer care so many times and they told us that they will deliver it soon but still they haven't delivered and it came tothe Destination point 5 days ago and still we havent got our order so when we have checked the status of order today it is showing as cancelled, I havent seen this much of rediculousness from a company, because my mother is suffering from covid during the time of order and now she have completed her quarantine also so, please resolve this issue, if it is not resolved I will definitely file a case against pharm easy
