PharmEasy — medicine not deliver after confirmation

I had ordered medicinese from their website and on the date of delivery i received message that your order is cancelled, sine the stock is unavailable. When i booked the medicine that time it was showing as available in the stock and my order got confirmed. But later the order got cancelled by showing the reasons stock not available. If stock is not available, how my order got confirm. The patient is sufferring from injection and is admitted in hospital, since the medicine order was confirmed i had not arrange the medicine from out market and failed to get later
