I placed an Order No: M5907779 on Nov 25th, 2018 for some life saving medicines. The order delivery date was mentioned as nov 27, 2018 but when i spoke to the customer care, i was told that it will be delivered by Nov 26, 2018. I kept calling 3-4 times on nov 26th for early delivery of medicines but they kept assuring me and did nothing. There was no update in their app regarding the order.All this while i was told that it will be delivered on time.
I again started calling on 27th to understand when will it be delivered to my home so that i can plan my day. But they had no answer and kept updating that we have escalated the issue and it will surely be delivered today
Later in the evening i get an update for delay and will be delivered on 28th. Also, one of the medicine is not available. This is surely not acceptable when i was proactively calling up multiple times to avoid any delays.
Instead of delivering early, they are now delivering it late that too an incomplete order. Delay in medicines is not at all acceptable. I am anyway going to buy them now from outside as i cannot trust these guys and cant suffer without medicine.
You cannot compare this business with Apparael or grocery where the delays can still be tolerable. There should be stricter guidelines for people venturing into this business as they are directly related to someon's life. I want this issue to be raised at the highest level and policies be formulated. And in this case, the company should be penalized. Was this information helpful? |
