PharmEasy — medicines delivered with opened packet

Sir/madam,
I ordered medicines on pharmeasy on august 20th, but delivery date is 21st aug, but delivery boy postponed my order without my permission.
I received parcel on 22nd evening but the parcel is opened and for cold storage products there is no ice pack, (Lumigaan 0.003, novomix, mixtard, nikoran) one strip is fully damaged, 2 medicines are missed
I called and raised a complaint but still now they are not able to resolve my issue
