I ordered medicines in Nov 28th which was delivered on Nov 30th with the order Id M46871113. 2 medicines from the order namely Clopitorva 10 - 6 sheets, Oboravo 25mg- 6 sheets with the value of rs.4127.64 are missing and I raised a complaint with the customer care of dec 3rd which they have told me that the refund would happen in 48 hours but today when I checked my account the refund didn't happen and its already 10 days since I have raised a complaint.
The customer care people are only clueless about incidents like these and their response is we can't do anything about this and whom are we supposed to approach and how is our resolution going to be resolved??
An amount like Rs 4000 is not a small amount to ignore and be left like that?
Please do the needful.
I have always placed bulk orders with pharmeasy and never have I raised a complaints like these.
