One of the most pathetic online services ever😡
I placed an order for medicines online on 4th may and was assured delivery by 6th may today is 10th may and order status was still showing as sent to warehouse.
I had to finally cancel the order.
I have never seen such a useless, toothless and helpless customer care service. They have no clue, no manners and no idea what they are doing.
The kept mentioning it's operational delay and procurement is taking time from their equally pathetic partner medical 'jadhav medical' from bhandup, mumbai.
While booking online, all medicine were showing status as 'in stock', now they are saying they don't maintain inventory and the medical partner is procuring medicine.
There should be some value add from pharmeasy, while booking they should ensure the medicines are available and in stock and only then confirm order and commit delivery.
It's not food or leisure items, it's a heathcare business they have ventured into and such delay could affect someone life... They are nothg more than a middleman with no value add. Even the so call free doctor consulting was so shaddy, that i doubt the person was even a doctor.
Only good thing i did is did not pay upfront and opted for a cash on delivery.
