PharmEasy — No reply from customer care

This is regarding my PharmEasy order number M32520212 which was delivered on 17 May. I received some damaged items in the order and raised a complaint from the app (complaint number 8412273). However, I did not receive any replies and my ticket was closed.

This consumer complaint is not regarding the damaged items, but the fact that my ticket was closed without being resolved. I want PharmEasy to reopen the ticket, and then resolve my original issue.
