I had placed a successful order of essential medicines via app on 12 april. The medicines were in stock as on that date. At this time while we are all under the covid 19 lock down, on 15 april i receive a message saying the medicine is out of stock and cannot be delivered. On my phone call to the help line number, i was not given any assurance. Upon my repeated request to fulfil the order they were non confirming. They failed to answer as to if the medicine was in stock at the time of making an order and in turn your company accepting the order and assuring delivery, where did the medicine disappear in thin air. This is a clear case of malpractice and manipulation and divertung the delivery of stock. Was this information helpful? |
