PharmEasy — Non resolving of grievance against complaint no[protected]

Dear Sir / Madam,

This has reference to above, I had ordered two tablets against order No #[protected]-12958 only after double confirmation from their representative. Further they had supplied only one tablet and not accepting their mistake.

The entire communication had with PharmEasy is mentioned below and PharmEasy closed complaint unilaterally.

I want to you to resolve and arrange for refund of my membership amount.

My question of " Why your representative confirmed & comitted to supply both the ordered tablets. I clearly informed I need both prescribed tablets, if not I don't want both the tablets & need refund. Only after his confirmation, I agreed. Your justification does not answer this.

Further apology & crediting 50 rupees doesnot absolve Pharmaeasy from its commitment & responsibility.

My final submission & request to Pharmaeasy is

1) Supply the tablet by 25th August.
2) Refund my membership amount
Else
3) I Treat it's my gift (membership amount ) to Pharmaeasy

I understand your concern in regards to order #[protected]-12958.

I truly understand your concern and disappointment caused to you. However, as confirmed earlier,
we show the "out of stock" tab only when the medicine is not able to be arranged through us. The medicine SULFORYL MV 1MG STRIP OF 10 TABLETS is currently not in stock with our partner retailer. Our partner retailer tried to arrange it from other distributors, however, was not successful. We assure you that this shortfall in your order would have occurred only if the partner retailer has exhausted all possible alternatives to source the unavailable medicine.

There is a possibility that the required medicine was in stock at the time of placing the order. However, due to the high inflow of orders, the partner retailer has exhausted the stock of this particular medicine. Please note, the reason for this shortfall is the generic unavailability of this particular medicine with our partner retailer or other retailers in the vicinity. I request you to place an order again after 7 days for the same medicine.

As a token of apology, we have credited Rs.50 to your PharmEasy wallet. To check your PharmEasy Wallet balance, go to the accounts section and click on the Wallet section to see the balance amount. This amount does not have an expiry, and you can use the same in your next order.

A refund of Rs.218.45 is initiated on 16.08.2022 to your account. Post initiation, the refund will be credited to your source account within 3-5 business days. Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays are not included in this. We are unable to provide a further refund.

We have also received an update from our Marketing team that we are unable to refund the Plus membership fees.
