PharmEasy — not delivering medicines

I ordered medicines on 10th April and it was to be delivered before 17 April. The shipment reached nearest destination on 17th April. But the delivery officials denied delivery.
Medicines are important and I waited for 2 weeks but they just betrayed me after taking my money.
They are playing with customers in these tough times.
