PharmEasy — Not ready to change medicine

I had bought Accu chek sugar testing strip by mistake. I asked them to change it to One touch. It has only been one week of purchase. Yet they are refusing to change it.
It costs 975₹
It will be such a waste of money and the product as it is useless for me
