PharmEasy — Not Refunding my Money

I have placed a order of one touch select plus simple blood glucometer kit and 50 test strips and it was defective shows reading always higher then 300-400 so I have returned the product. Also when I received the product 10 free test strips are missing I have also mailed them regarding this. Now when i have returned the product they said we only receive 50 test strips not the whole kit even though I have returned both the items. And they have only refunded me a amount of 927 only still refund of glucometer kit is not received. I have contacted them 5-6 times.
