PharmEasy — not satisfied the customer satisfaction

I have ordered two times one medicine from their website and both time before the date of delivery i received message that your order is cancelled. This company's main service is home delivery of medicine. I believe, now days medicine plays a life of human being but the company is playing with human life. When i booked the medicine that time it was showing as available in the stock and my order confirmed while placing the order. But i don't understand how the order is getting cancelled by showing the reasons stock not available. If stock is not available, how my order got confirm. When i contacted to customer care they are explaining that there is no stock available for that medicine. So i believe they are playing with the life of human. I kindly request you to please take a strong action on this company so that no one can suffer what i suffered.
