I had placed medicine order (Order ID:[protected] on 22nd August, 2022. Payment was made as Prepaid.
The order was showing to be delivered by 24th or 25th August, 2022.
But w.e.f. 25th August, 2022, everyday the status of the Order remains the same i.e. in Transit. Complaint was also raised with Pharmeasy Helpline (Complaint No:[protected]. But response still remains the same. Pharmeasy team itself is saying that they can not commit for the delivery date. I had to purchase the medicines from after market at MRP. I want Pharmeasy to deliver the medicine order as soon as possible & compensate me for the monetary loss incurred by me during purchase of medicines from after Market. Was this information helpful? |
