PharmEasy — Order not delivered last 25 days

Trying to reach customer care and everytime they are saying the same thing that they will escalate. But no progress made regarding my order M31836730

It was suppose to be delivered by 4th May and till now no response. Very bad service and very disappointed. They are dealing with medicines and the patient is 65+ year old senior citizen. They need to take it seriously
