I have ordered medicine for my wife (Mansi Darji) as per doctors recommendation on 24-Jul-2022 on PharmEasy with Order ID[protected] and amount 379 INR (product price 304 INR and Delivery charge 75 INR). On the next day I received medicines in damaged conditions. Hence I called to service center to inform about damaged product. The representative confirmed to take return of medicine. After that on 29-Jul-2022 the service provider verify and take return the product.
On the same day 29-Jul-2022 the system message received from the PharmEasy of return amount 304 INR only. They have not returned delivery charges. As a prestige towards the business grow such company has to return customers so hard earn money in return for their fault.
How can be the merchant keep any customers money for the product he didn't give? I believe it is total injustice to the middle class people of India.
I as a loyal Tax Payer of India, request you to help me to take out my money and fine the firm against its dirty game of giving damaged products and earning through non returning delivery charges. Was this information helpful? |
