PharmEasy — product not delivery | |
I booked medicine in pharmeasy. I paid money through link provided by pharmeasy. But they said they did not receive money. My amount was debited and they didn't delivery my medicine. I call gateway of money transfer 'atom technologies' they received money and provide reference number also. Here pharmeasy did not respond proper way so please look into my issue. I ordered a medicine on 31st May 2019.and the parcel delivered on 2nd June 2019. One day before the expecting date. Now I don't need the medicine so I want to return that, but the return option is not available in the app. I called the customer service many times though they unable to solve the problem
