Firstly on the 22nd Nov, I had ordered the Pulse Oximeter from Pharmeasy and returned the same the next day i.e., 23rd Nov as it was not working. Then again I had ordered the Oximeter on the 3rd Dec and again the same was returned on the 5th Dec as this also was not working...I spoke to the customer care executive & explained them my issue & they said next time it won't happen. After all this discussion, I again ordered the Oximeter on the 9th Dec, but...the same thing...it doesn't even work for a day...I am really frustrated with this kind of service.. Also, I had requested them to refund my money in the bank account provided instead of the wallet, as I will not be using Pharmeasy anymore.
Request others to please think twice before ordering anything from this app.. Was this information helpful? |
