PharmEasy — Received wrong diagnostic report | |
Dear concern, I'm complaining here because after following up regularly since last 10 days I'm not getting any response from PharmEasy. I booked few tests from PharmEasy, sample was collected on 30th May 2021 and I received my report on 31st may, which was not same which I booked. I received the report of test TORCH IGG but I booked TORCH 4 IGM. I need to consult my doctor regarding this but I'm unable to because of wrong report. This test is prescribed during pregnancy to check the risk factor o[censored]nborn baby. But PharmEasy team is not taking it serious. It's about someone's health. I really hope that after this complaint I may get the correct report of my test or they will take my blood sample for the same test. I'm attaching the screenshot of Incorrect report.
