I have placed two orders in pharmeasy on april 9th & april 13 and both the orders got delivered today. I have ordered 4 ointments (2 ointment per order) and i got 4 lotions. How can both the orders will be wrong? I need an immediate resolution for this either send those ointments back by taking these lotions or else refund the money back. And when i spoke to the customer care they were speaking very rudely this is not the right way of treating customers. They were telling "problem is from our end, sometimes it happens but we can give replacement or return either". So he is telling me that my 1000/- was wasted.
I am an old customer to pharmeasy so previously we have return option. How can it be revoked now?. And if you remove the return option it doesn't mean that you can send the wrong products and ask us to waste our money.
I need an resolution for this issue asap.
By the way i have recomended many people to pharmeasy so now i have to inform this to all and ask them to uninstall.
