PharmEasy — regarding returning of healthcare product | |||||
I have received healthcare product from pharmeasy & i have requested to return this product on 11.09.2019. Customer care person has given me whatsapp no to share the images of product. When i had shared the images no one has seen those images whole one day. Again i had called at customer care & person told me that number is not working kindly share images via mail. I just wanted to know if number was not working then why they have given me that number. After sharing images via mail nobody had worked on that mail neither i have received any confirmation regarding receiving of images. Its been 5 days i am following with pharmeasy to arrange pickup of that parcel. But everytime when i call at customer care, executive says that then dont have any update neither they know when will be parcel picked up. I just wanted to say pharmeasy is having worst service, worst coordination. Pharmeasy people do not know how to work & coordinate with each other. I dont care if you people do not need the parcel, kindly just refund my amount. My order id is e101904. Was this information helpful? | |||||
