PharmEasy — Rozalet 20 capsule medicine

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had ordered the medicines as per the attached invoice.

The 'ROZALET 20' was ordered as CAPSULES, but supplied Tablets to me on 19.05.2021. I have some physical problems consuming Tablets.

Earlier also it happened and I had returned Tablets. I asked the delivery boy why this same thing is repeating every time and he had mentioned that it is probably due to the problem of 'Barcode'.

I would request you to kindly review this and make arrangements to take RETURN of the ROZALET 20 tablets and deliver me the CAPSULE in future when the same would be available. I had talked with the Customer Care Executive, but no result at all.

I would appreciate your kind help in this regard.
