PharmEasy — shortage of one medicine after opening the packet.

I use to purchase online medicine from pharmeasy since more than a year. On 15/11/2019, i ordered for 6 medicines. I received the delivery on 16/11/2019 and made payment online. But on opening the sealed packet on 18/11/2019, i found one medicine named la shield spf 40 sunscreen gel 60 gm was missing in the packet. I informed the company and they said i should have informed within 24 hours for taking the complaint. They didn’t take my complaint. The details of order i’d is 13586726, date 15/11/2019, delivery date 16/11/2019,, complaint lodged on 19/11/2019. Cost of the undelivered medicine is rs.755.., the total invoice amount is rs.2191. Please take up the matter with the company and make good for the loss. Your kind cooperation and early action is solicited.
