I have buy the HL7707/00 mixer grinder on 15.03.2022
from one day, i have faced lot of problem from this mixer jars not even crush the coconut piece . juicer jar not crushes even pomegranate juice, fails to filter the juice . total waste of buying this mixer grinder and waste of money .

alot time i called local service center ( TRICHY, TamilNadu-620001). After a month they visit my home and replace blade for 0.5L jar . i asked that service person to change the blade for juicer jar and 1.5L jar . he told me replacement within a week ; but after a month i make a call to that service person, he respond not available of blade . i ask him to replace the jars . on 04.07.2022 i went to service center, service person show to me new jars which is not suit this mixer grinder ; he show some other mixer jars to me for replace. i left from the service center without any replace .

i need solution for this problem . replace jars with same models ..

    Replacement of HTB-3510/94 Remote Controller

    I have purchased one Philips Home Theatre System (Model No. HTB3510/94 & Serial No. KX1A[protected]) on 23.08.2014 from QRS Retail Ltd, Karamana, Trivandrum dist, Kerala. In July, 2021, remote controller of the system was damaged accidentally beyond repair. I approached Philips Customer Care Centre in Trivandrum for replacement.           Customer complaint no[protected] dated 25/03/2022 regarding New purchased 32" Android TV has panel burning issue has not resolved till date. TV technician of Soham Services( Authorised Service Centre of Philips India) has visited two times and assured about replacement of TV within a week time but no further action till date.

                Dear sir/mam

                I purchased 1 home theatre in month of November which is not working since more than 15 days due to no power and have raised ticket to Philips support team and as the value of product is not more the same is not yet repaired as same is in warranty as well it’s been more than 10 days the product is not yet repaired and the reason is provided that the part is yet not procured or in transit by Mr Sanket who is service manager please take this for closure

                    Lodged request with phillips in Jan to get my sound surround system repaired.. Their service center Aknit Infotech Kolkata sent a person on 28th Jan who took the system with him for repair at service station. He charged me Rs 600/ towards service charge without doing the repair. Aknit called me 2nd Feb to inform that it would cost another Rs 2875/ and asked to pay 50%. I paid same day Rs 1500/ by Paytm.. No news from Aknit and set has not been received. I called Phillip help line on 12th Feb and they told me that complaint has been closed on 9th Feb. I asked them is it there policy to charge customer in advance. How come complaint has been closed without sharing OTP. The help desk looks helpless and of no use. They even refuse to connect to their superior. Pathetic/ horrible experience. Philips needs to take action against such useless service providers and save their reputation. M K Goyal [protected].                       As stated above I bought Philips Viva Collection HD4928/01 2100 watt Induction Cooktop on 11-10-21 and today on dated 22-02-22 it Stop working. We find no service centre near us. Kindly do change it aur arrange to repair it as we buy it on quality of your products and services.

                              Philips is a pathetic company that doesn't care about replacing a faulty product at time. I've given my speaker for a repair on 19th November and yet not got it back repaired or replaced. I'm fed up of contacting customer care who doesn't know when it'll reach them. At least give my faulty device back so that I can get it repaired from a local technician. I'm glad about one thing though, that i got to experience Philips's after sales service on a cheap device, now I'll never ever purchase a Philips device, at least not from Philips India.

                                Hi team,

                                We have bought a philips led 43 inch television in the month of October, 2021. Within just 3 months the television is completely damaged and the screen is gone with lines all around .
                                For the last 15 days we have been following up with philips but there is not action taken regarding replacement as the product is under warranty.

                                This is really irritating from such a reputed brand and it seems we had done a huge mistake by buying this brand .

                                Please stop manufacturing these faulty items . Demanding a replacement immediately or else refund the amount .

                                  I gave a order of 4 fans from the website justjaldi.com but after the order the next day a call came and said that I will not get the order as the stock is finished but the earlier day I got the confirmation that the order is available till that time it was ok but when I asked for refund they said that they cannot give and rather forced me to buy something else with that money this is the cause why I am emposing the complaint today...
