Imade a complaint and my complaint no is plud[protected], the complaint is that when you put it on it comes to stand by then it goes to main on selection where as now it was functioning erratically some times it will work and some times it wouldn't work. Complaint was-attended by the mechanic-from service center ludhiana. He diagnosed that motherboard is faulty and the order for another mother board was put in by the manager of philips service center. After ten days a new mother board came and on replacing the new mother board it was detected that the new one is also faulty. Now who so ever is in charge please answer what is the use of you being in place, name of the company is put to dust. Sorry for harsh words and expect some speedy action on my tv thx

    I have registered a complaint of my colour television on 01/08/2016 and my complaint No is [protected].A technician is come my home on 01/08/2016 and charge me Rs 400 for visiting charge.when I ask for payment receipt he told me to give bill next time but he not come again and cancelled my complaint request at Philips company.I once again request to company on 04/08/2016 and my complaint No is [protected] but till date nobody come to check my television.I request you to kindly take necessary action against technician Mr.Girish M:[protected], [protected].
    I also request you to kindly refund my Rs 400 from technician Mr Girish.
    Hope you consider my Case.

      I made complaint on21julyand 29july regarding my tv not working. gtech. checked tv on 22july and told display not working. changed in 8days. when enquired manger told me to replace upto 2 august but upto today no action has been taken. custmrecare again lodged complaint today. i can not understand the procedure of attending complaint s. pl inform me when my tv will be repaired. thank u.. a ksingh

        I brought a Phillps LED Tv of 50 inches on 9/11/2015 and Tv stop working on 30/07/15. I was lodge a same day complaint on Philips customer care and Service engineer visited on the next day. he told us that there is a backlight problem in the Tv and he will collect the Tv on Monday but yet nobody come to visit or collect the tv. I had again called the customer care and he had given indrapuram gaziabad service centre owner number but when I called him he rudely said that he was out of station and asked me to call service centre number.
        I had again call service centre but no satisfactory answer is given by the service centre worker.

        kindly request you to please look into the matter and do needful help.

          It's been 20 days now my complaint not been resolved the technician has visited 2-3 times in my house everytime he is giving different story, i am keep on speaking with deepak who is area sales manager for delhi he is also not giving any positive response my tv still is in under warranty complain no is - [protected]
          Hope i will get positive response soon after bringing in this your notice.

            I have given home theatre to service centre... The have collected it from my home... They took it on 22 july till today there is no revert from there side so when i called them today giving my job id they have no reasons.. No one is responding and when i tried speaking to senior person he said we that part is not avilable. Best part is that he could not explain about the part..
            O its totally mistrust,... I will not buy any philiphs product is future..

              I bought a philips led tv online on 8th of july 2016. when i open the packet then found remote is not working.. called to customercare.. they assuered me issues will be sorted out in next 48 hours.. then got the call fron their service center emloyee that remote is not covered with warrenty so you have to pay money for that.. after that called to area manager mr. rohit kumar he said no need to pay money as product is new.. from that day to today called these people many times to sorted out the issue but all the time they made fool.. as next day will clear the issue,, today is raining...

              Realy philips product is much cheaper then a chinies product interms of services and product... they are just there to play with people hard earn money...

                I. Purchased tv 32"led. In august 15 tv stppped working on19july. Lodged complaint but nobody care. When enquired told wrong booked. Agin
                Ldged complaint no 160022dt21july16. Tech told display not working. Replaced in7days. Noaction taken when enquired asked to lodge complaint again. Previous closed&completed. What is this. New complaint lodged no.[protected]. I can. Not understand the working of company like philips. I don't know when tv will be repaired. Can u help me.

                      I purchased a juicer mixer grinder model hl 1631 product sr no. [protected] through snapdeal sellar - micromax technologies p ltd. bij vill. bijwashan near cisf camp delhi invoice no. s9db69/16-17/3374 dt. 13 july 2016.in this regard my complaints are as follows-
                      1. part no. 15 fruit filter is missing in carton
                      2. grinder jar part no.13 it's ditached blad is not fixing in position, seems diameter of blad is bigger than required.
                      Please look in to the matter.

                        Hello,

                        Firstly, i wanted to inform you that your customer service are the worse serveries i have ever seen in my life time.

                        I had purchased philip led tv in april second week (Biggest mistake of my life, i have made).

                        I was experienced with the problem, no display in tv. After raise many complains, executive visited and informed me that ssb card is damage, then he changed it next day.

                        Surprise!!!, same led start fluctuate and 3 hdmi (Display in ports) ports out 4 are not working. The one which i working give me no sound only display. Then i called again to the service center and they informed that the complain is closed and i have to raise new one, so i register a new complain (Pdel[protected]) on 15 july.

                        Now i am calling daily to the service center and they contentiously ignoring my request and did not provide a single resolution, not even the escalation department helping me.

                        They informed me that the complain is in pending status because o[censored]n-availability of ssb card and asked me to contact service center. I asked then to contact and let me know, so they answered that service center not picking call from them. How service center will my phone? If they are not picking yours.

                        From last five days i am calling to your customer care and daily they lied me that the it will fix tomorrow and they informed me once they contacted service center but no response. I have been waiting for there call. But they made me fool. And now finally they stated cutting the call, whenever i calling asked them to after it to escalation department.

                        I do not know what to do now. However i am attempting to contact senior level but did not. Asked costumer care for email address for senior escalation department via chat and mailed them.

                          I had purchased a Philips steam iron GC1010 the Aluminum soleplate is got some corrosion on its base plate, This is been happened suddenly after using steam iron function and after use of couple of days this been happened don't know what's wrong with this.
                          I request you to attend my complaint and solve my issue also pls change the Aluminum soleplate .

                            Purchased philips blue ray sound bar model : htb5151 on 04-oct-2015 for rs 33500/-.Initially we had to wait very long for demo. Then, the engineer said, all functions cant work properly as we didnot have wifi. After a month, e had wifi and we again called engineer, then also fm was not working, some functions were still not working properly.. He said there is some change in technology from the company, so a new dongal will be provided by the company. We talked to anil and abhishek from philips regarding this problem. It was in the month of january and he assured of providing it within 10 or 15 days. He never turned up. We had to follow him for this device and we got it alomst in the month of march. Then service engineer took days to come and still could not solve the problem, though he talked to philips engineer anil and abhishek. I personally had talked to both of them so many times, but all in vain. Now they are saying this dongal cannot work with lcd so we cannot use various functions of philips. No philips engineer ever contacted us to know about the staus. Even when we called them, we got neither satisfactory reply nor solution to our problem. Now local engineer have stopped picking our call also. We want this model to be replaced if it cannot work with all advanced features. As for cd feature only we dont need to buy anything worth rs 33500/-

                              I have booked philips home theater on 7 july and take 16 july.. I found the product in poor quality packaging, looking like 5 to 6 years old product, damaged from the corners worst and dump sound effect. I call the customer support on the same date when i was take the product.. Now whats the solution i want to return the product or refund.. Why company arguments with me.. Please return the product why company try to make us foolish or mad.. I'm sending the images when i found the product in poor or worst condition

I have lodged a complaint regarding the items and i was directed to go to the service center in rajahmundry.. Near sai krishna theater... The center's response was really very worst... I really didnt expect this from philips... I always buy your products.. Dont make me get negative feeling regarding it.. I hope u would look into this soon...

                                    I bought philips 40 inch full hd led tv online from snapdeal on 6/dec/2014 for price of rs 31450/- but after 1 and 1/2 year successful running t v stop working suddenly so i registered complaint with philips and on 06/07/2016 engineer from philips examine t v at my home and them he took t v to nagpur service center for further detail examine. After detail examine they conclude that the picture screen of t v absorbed moisture from air and that why t v screen panel got damaged which need to be replaced, for replacement of screen its require 19500/- rs. Warranty period was for 1 year.
                                    Now my u question is that there was no instruction in instruction manual about watching t v in air tight container. If company has provided in the instructions manual that t v should be watched under air tight container then we could have watched t v in air tight container to minimize damage to screen.
                                    I bought the t v for its brand value and such a renowned brand products become faulty then which products we should buy
                                    I invest such a big amount in the tv with the hope that we will enjoy it for several years, it is not possible for us to invest such amount every year in tv we are middle class people.
                                    Company should produce high quality tv sets
                                    I want full replacement or refund of my money
                                    I hope my problem will be resolved

                                      I had purchased online from flipcart, a philips 40pfl5059 102cm (40.2) led tv bearing imei/serial no. [protected] through invoice no.#dei_tik_01l[protected] at a price of rs.30990/- on dt 12.09.2105 (copy enclosed) with one year warantee. the tv is working since installation but since last two months a vertical line of width 4-5" is being shown on its screen (copy of images enclosed).
                                      I made a complaint to a local service engineer of philips mr. neeraj, mobile no. [protected] on dt 18.05.2015. he visited my home on 20.05.2015 and after checking he told that the tv is to be sent back to flipcart and he shall lodge a complain and within a month your tv will get replaced. but till date nothing has been heard either from flipcart or philips.
                                      Kindly resolve the problem associated with tv as soon as possible.
