Philips India — bad after sales service and faulty product sold | |
I Tarun Ghai purchased Philips tower speaker Model No. SPA9080B Purchase Date: 6 July 2018 Purchase From: Croma, JanakPuri Unity One I used the same on the very next day i.e 7 july 2018 and found the bluetooth and speaker's remote to be not working properly and so informed the same to Philips Customer Care on 9 July 2018 on which they send a person to check on 10 July 2018 who agreed with our problem and said that the remote will be replaced within 1 week and for bluetooth we have to take the speakers to the place from where we purchased as they can only change. It has been i guess 3 weeks and we are getting no response for the remote, moreover we tried calling 2 times then they just say that your remote is not ready THIS MUCH SLOW SERVICE FROM PHILIPS WAS NOT EXPECTED AFTER ALL THE FAULTY REMOTE WAS SOLD TO US FROM YOUR COMPANY IT WAS NOT OUR MISTAKE. ATLEAST TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY!!! I have sent mail to philips customer care also but NO RESPONSE !!! AND NOW THEY SAY BLUETOOTH PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED BY CROMA...WHY? THIS SPEAKER IS MANUFACTURED BY PHILIPS SO I GUESS IF THERE IS SOME FAULT THEN YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE...BAD REVIEWS FOR PHILIPS SERVICE FROM MY SIDE I PURCHASED A PHILIPS PRODUCT 1ST TIME AND THIS WAS NOT EXPECTED!!!
