In 2007 I had a credit card of Barclay Bank. I had paid the outstanding as they confirm over phone without providing a bill. But in next month they sent a bill claiming rs 500.0 as principle and rs 15 or rs 20 as interest. By visiting nearest Barclay Bank at New Delhi I have paid the rs 500.0 principle amount. And the than manager said sorry for mishappening. Accordingly the card closed at same time.
But now when I searching for home loan it is found my credit score is shockingly low due to claiming outstanding by Phoenix arc put Ltd for that incident.
I hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible, so that I can get a home loan and request to take necessary action against this type of companies Was this information helpful? |
