I received a call from a random guy informing he is from the local Police station and he is coming for the arrest. He said a lender has filed a IPC 138NI and 420 upon and asked me to contact the complainant.
Whilst I spoke to the complainant the guy over the call mentioned he is going to settle the dues, however as I was skeptical to know more about the case I tried asking couple of questions as, send me the warrant, which police station is the FIR filed, who’s the advocate handling this, which court to visit so on and so forth. The guy started busing (Family) threatening(family &me).

Now, I tried to call the first guy over the call who presented himself as a cop his number is switched off and I couldn’t reach him.

I seriously don’t understand what’s wrong and what’s right, yes I do have unpaid cards which I’m waiting to get the settlement from the banks.
