I would like to kind notice of you that I received calls on 12/01/2013 from [protected] as per caller he is calling from Delhi Police with the name of PSI Chaudhari. They are holding non bellable warrant and my property attachment order against me. They are using abused language for me. I asked him that kindly give me brief details of case. They asked me to speak with Adv S P Gupta. He had filed case against me. Till your discussion we will hold warrant. As per his direction my brother made contact with Advocate. We came to know that whole scenario is related my ABN Amro Bank loan case. After discussion with him the case was forwarded t for settlement. On Monday I received mail from Phoenix ARC Pvt ltd for settlement. I have already replied to them for settlement at Rs. 35000.00 as per last call from RBS Bank. I am waiting for reply from them.

Sir, whole scenario is related to outstanding of my ABN Amro Bank Personal Loan. I had taken loan from Bank in May 2008. I had invested money in City Limouzine Company. The said company has duped thousand of investers in August 2009. In spite of this I had paid 26 EMI till June 2010 by borrowing money from friends and colleagues. I personally made contact with Bank officials in April 2010 for any kind of mutual settlement at Rs. 125000.00. When I visited Bank Nariman Point office I came to know ABN Amro Bank had took over by Royal Bank of Scotland. Till that day I was not aware for any kind of takeover activity by RBS Bank. Even after that I was ready to settle. They refused to make any kind of settlement. I took this matter seriously with higher Bank officials and RBI. It took more than 6 months. Since they was not ready to make any kind of settlement I took this matter seriously to chief Minister Maharashtra, Home Minister Maharashtra and others for help. Since the time was passed rapidly again I requested RBS to make settlement at Rs. 70000.00. They refused to do any kind of settlement. Last year in February 2012 or March 2012 month I received call from RBS Delhi call centre and executive was ready to do settlement at Rs. 35000.00. I was agreed for settlement at Rs. 35000.00. I asked him to sent settlement letter for payment. But till now I have not received any settlement letter from them. Last year RBS Bank has sold his all NPA to Phoenix ARC Pvt Ltd. My intention was very much clear in April 2010 and today also. Even today my Financial condition is not good. I am trying to overcome this condition.

Now today i.e. 17/01/2013 I had received two calls from [protected] and [protected], since I was not at my desk I could not able to answer those calls. Then caller of number [protected] has called to my brother and abused him. He once again stated that I am Police Inspector from Delhi and we are coming at your brother residence for arrest and property attachment. They threatened him.
