PhonePe — 10, 000/- not credited to receiver bank via phonepe but amount deducted from my sbi bank.

₹10, 000/- deducted from my sbi bank via phone pe but not credited to receiver bank (Bank of maharashtra).
Transaction details are as follows:
Date:04.01.2019
Phone pe txn. No. P1901041216465247706505.
Phone pe customer care & sbi customer care telling me, amount credited to receiver a/c successfully.
But receiver bank (Bank bank of maharashtra) telling me amount not credited at all regarding this txn no.

Please help me to refund my ₹10, 000/-.
