PhonePe — amount deducted from bank but phone pay says it was a failures

Filling again.. Since no response from phonepay i have done a transaction of 1000 rs on phone pay. Amount was deducted from my bank a/c but phone pay rejects that it was not received to them. After continous ticket raised to them but there is no. Response from phone pay. They themselves closes the issue without our concern. I have paid money Rs. 215.49 using my UPI account for booking ticket through IRCTC.

Payment got deducted from my account, but on IRCTC showing ticket not booked.

I request you to please reafund my money Immediately.
