PhonePe — amount not credited to account | |||
Hi, my friend sent me 1000. When the sender sent the amount, i brought a new phone and my older indian bank account in the phonepe was not activated. The sender received the message 'transaction failed:'. Then i have activated sbi account in phonepe and after sometimes the previously transaction failed message turns into transaction successful. Meanwhile i too received the notification that 1000 is credited to indian bank account while only sbi account is configured in my phonepe. I have checked the indian bank and sbi account balance and 1000 was not credited. Please assist. Id: p1901021748202246301406. I have raised a ticket in phonepe. But no response from last four days.
