PhonePe — no customer service just doing fraud activities | |
I have ordered food in swiggy from my phone pe wallet on November 2019 the money got deducted but the order was not processed I raised a request regarding the same in phone pe greviance. It's been now five months but still they have not refunded my money back Everytime they r just sending a assurance mail, few days back they took my full banking details and said me they r transferring my banking details to their finance department but nothing happened till now I have not got my refund 2 transaction of 111rs each were debited for the order but both transaction got cancelled In these five months they have shown me how careless the phone pe representative and the company is. We r a middle class person we were using this app for quick services but they are just there to do fraud activities not in helping general public I m now so much frustrated with their services that I deleted it's apps I haVe also raised several complaints in their phone pe greviance but nothing changed Please help me regarding this Was this information helpful? | |

I transferred Rs. 10000 from my HDFC bank account to my Bank of Baroda account. The account was debited instantly but status was showing as pending. After 2 days it showed as successful transaction but the amount is still not credited to my account.

Maine 8 August 2019 ko phone pay se money transfer kiye or mere account se balance kam ho gya pr samne wale ke account me paise nhi gye isliye muje mere paise refund chahiye
